Tania Malonga (co-supervised with Martin Beaumont, INRAE GenPhySE) worked during her PhD on Single-cell transcriptomic study of intestinal epithelium during weaning feeding transition in vivo and in an in vitro organoid model in rabbits. Her work was published in:
